When i start OBS the wait time is approx 1min to show the first screen.
Before half december 2017 (when windows 10 came with an mayor update) it wasnt the case.
Im running windows 10 x64 AMD Phenom quad core with Nvidia 1060 6Gb.
Before the win10 update the FPS never drops under the 60 (and was ready in a couple of seconds !) , now i have most of the times 58fps (with still a good stream result).
So why does it takes so long that OBS is available ( 1-2 min) ?
