Guys it's really interesting, while I'm streaming games in full screen its freezing-skipping frames (not buffering) but while streaming in windowed mode I can stream so smoothly.And also my bitrate is 1500kb/s but while I'm streaming in fullscreen, its exceeding the bitrate limit I gave and because of that it's looking freezing(skipping frames), I guess it's a bug.
