I had my stream running fine last night for 2 hours then the program freezes my stream. I would like a competent answer as to how that could happen after running just fine for over 2 hours. Here's the log:

And here is the log for the stream I did a couple nights ago where I had no issues for over 2 hours.

Both of those logs are far from "fine", even the one from a couple nights ago. Your frame times are a disaster and you're getting half your frames duplicated due to encoding settings that are too high for your computer. Your CPU just can't keep up with the demand you're putting on it. You need to downscale by ~2x at least, maybe more. You might also want to consider changing your x264 preset to superfast, and maybe your framerate to 25fps.

Also, how did you manage to disable Aero on Windows 8?

Well regardless my stream looked fine. As for the aero thing, I didn't disable it... wouldn't really know how outside of OBS.

It may have looked fine to you, but it was very much not fine. Try the things I suggested and post another log.
