Bug Report OBS Shutting down BLUE SCREEN USB BUG?

Ok hey lads and ladies im new to the streaming game and have hit a issue. after installing OBS like told ive streamed a few times and had some usb issue on my PC there all sorted but just before that i started getting the "USBBUG" blue screen. I know this is probably a easy fix, but i have searched and not been able to find anything that i can make sense of.

any help would be great, im not a pc genies so the more you can dumb it down the better..

Bluescreen means it's a device driver. It's not something that OBS is directly causing.
