Hi, I'm a new user to OBS so this might be a quick fix for some old foxes. I did not notice this problem at first because all my previews and the Twitch Dashboard indicated to me that the entire game screen is visible.
Just today a user told me that they can only see (approx. 70% of the screen) the lower right corner is not visible to them (noticeable i.e. The Division, when you coop with other users, their names are cut off).

I don't know on which side this problem is

you have more issues than that, your connection is stalling while you encode which means that your upload speed cannot support streaming 1mbps (1000kbps). Run this tool for your region when nothing else is open (including game and OBS) then post screenshots of the results http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester

In OBS sources:
remove the window capture (and any other window captures that are unused) and make a single game capture and point it to the division and set it to fit to screen.

if you have a new game to be streamed. make a new scene and new game capture in that scene for the new game.

in settings under video:
you will also want to downscale to 1280x720 and leave base resolution alone (1920x1080)
