OBS shows black screen

Please i have issue obs and panasononic camera. we just bought a new panasonic MDH2 in our church and i want to use it for live streaming. the issue is that when i connect the camera with easycap capture device, it displays in it but when i select the video capture device in OBS it only shows black screen. I really need urgent solution because we have a program at hand that we must go live

Anyway, looking everything else, and googling the camera (there's no way we can even be aware of everything that exists, let alone be experts with it, so the easier you make that part for us, the better we can help you), it looks like it's designed to record, and streaming is more of a token afterthought.

How is the OEM system supposed to work? Connections, intermediate devices, software, etc.
How are you trying to use it with OBS? Same details.

Im currently seeing a black screen when i open the OBS app. In other apps I can see just fine out of the same camera, but not on OBS. Is there something Im missing? It used to work just fine until about a week ago.
