OBS Shown As "Running" Yet Can't Be Viewed In Task Manager

Windows 11 is showing OBS is running on the taskbar:

Yet, OBS is nowhere to be seen in Task Manager.

Here's a crash log I got only upon then trying to run OBS not as Administrator then closing the program.

You linked to a file in your computer wich isn't accesible from nowhere else.
Please attach the file using the fanci button located down bellow.

Realize that in Windows, you can have icons on the Taskbar which are shortcuts to start and app. Depending on OS version (I won't touch Win11 for a while, MS every-other OS release quality 'standard' for last 20+ yrs too evident for me to waste my time with it now), the icon will change (or get an underline, or something) when App is actually running. Windows 10 changed this, (or maybe 8, which I spent little time with) vs Win7 and earlier which had a clear location difference between shortcuts and indication of running app
