Question / Help OBS Showing Twitch Overlay

My OBS is showing my steam overlay even with the "Capture third-party overlays (such as steam)" unchecked. I am using game capture and am trying to stream Rocket League. Everyone else that I've helped with my exact settings do not have this issue. I am using Windows 10 btw.

Edit: I've tried other games with no issue of the steam overlay showing.
