OBS showing not monitor or CS:GO

I have had this problem for a couple of months now, where OBS does not capture ONLY my 2nd monitor (note: I do not have it connected via thunderbolt 3.0) and captures my first which does not thunderbolt connected either, but was the first monitor I used for OBS and my PC nd also can not window capture CS:GO but i can steam. bluestacks. valorant nd other apps I also can't display capture. I've tried Streamlabs OBS and uninstalling and reinstalling it, please help
