OBS Showing 0 bitrate and crashing on exit

As the title states when I hit start streaming it shows I have 0 bitrate and when I click exit it just freezes and crashes. My webcam light stays on still even after OBS is closed. This all started after I updated my Nvidia drivers to the latest set. I had since tried a fresh install of OBS and a complete clean uninstall of all nvidia drivers and reinstalled them. Everything tested out fine last night but today when I went to stream OBS acted up again. I have a few logfiles I can upload as well.

I also have a friend who is having the same exact problem as well. Not that it matters too much but this something had to have happened after the last nvidia update.
 
If it helps at all to keep you going...I was able to stream perfectly fine from SLOBS with no issues. If you need to keep streaming in the mean time might help out. I am also going to try an older version of OBS to see if that helps at all until we get this sorted out.
 
Even after a system wipe and fresh install of the key software I use, still have the same issue. So sadly having to use streamlabs until OBS fixes/updates (Had zero issues before OBS & Windows update). I now miss my OBS :(
