Question / Help OBS SETTINGS

I want to make my OBS Studio settings and I can not. I also have self-configuration but it puts me poor settings with which the live goes well but in small resolution, and when I change the higher resolution it goes harder. I have a Nvidia video card GeoForge 9500 GT and an AMD Athlon (tm) II X2 220 processor and 1024x728 resolution

Your GPU is probably too old to be used effectively with OBS. The auto-configuration wizard is giving you a low resolution because that is what it can do.

If you post a log from a streaming session I could say for sure, but the 9500 is a really old card at this point.
