Question / Help OBS settings?

Hi,

I have a 700kb/s upload speed and im wondering if there is a chance to stream 720p.

Specs:
AMD FX 8350 4.0Ghz 8- cores
8 gigs ram 1600 mhz
EVGA GTX 550ti
One SSD and 2 HDDs

You can stream in 720p, but it will look really bad. I wouldn't recommend going over 480p with that upload.

well if hes streaming lol he might try to play around with the presets when hes streaming 720@30 but everything else especially for high motion games you really shouldnt go over 540 or 480
