Hey guys, I recently switched from Fraps to OBS for recording games but i don't know how to make my own settings. Can you help me?

System Settings :
Os- Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit
Graphics card - NVIDIA GeForce GT430
Processor- Intel Core i5-2500k CPU @ 3.30GHz
Monitor- 1280 x 1024 (75hz)
RAM : 8GB DDR3
Current OBS settings:
With these settings, the picture is very pixelated and I try to change the bitrate, but it does work.
P.S I forget to say i want to stream also
I play cs:go, garry's mod and euro truck simulator 2, thanks
