Question / Help OBS Settings

Hi there,
I have since yesterday my new pc.
Specs:

• CPU: i7-6700K
• GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070
• RAM: 16GB DDR3
• Motherboard: MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING
• Geheugen: 500GB SSD & 3TB HDD
• Capture Card: Elgato HD60 Pro

But when I try to record, the recording is awful it looks like 360P!
Can anyone help me with the best settings for recording 1080P 60FPS in for example: CS:GO, The Division, Battlefield???

P.S. my screen is 2560x1440
