Question / Help Obs settings

Hi, sorry for english but i'm italian T.T
Can anyone help me for obs settings (All obs settings not only resolution and bitrate) for my connection? I have a 0.85/0.90 Mbps upload and in game (league of legends) i have 55 ping.. Can anyone help me find the best settings to have a good quality and latency below 90-100? I have a i5 4670k and a AMD Sapphire HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB GDDR5. I also have a program with which I can limit the use of the upload but if i set it at 75KB/s and a resolution 1280x720 25fps and 500 bitrate often stream lag!

you aren't going to get a stream working well with only 500 usable bitrate. at best, dont use any bandwidth restriction programs. in fact, uninstall them and just set the bitrate to 500. set resolution to 360p and 25fps is fine.

with that low upload, you will either have to chose lagging in-game or stream lagging a bit. you can use minimize network impact under the encoding tab if you are lagging in game and OBS will make sure that the stream doesn't raise your ping as much with other games/programs.
