Hello, i have problem. I want to stream lol in 480p. I have 0.8 upload, and very good pc specs. Is there any way to use more power of pc than of internet? Id like someone to tell me obs setting for that. I have i5 4570, gtx770, 8gb ram. I have unnecessary 200 fps in lol. I have 80fps limit. Thanks :)
 
The only thing you can try is to change your x264 CPU preset from veryfast to faster or fast, but that with greatly increase CPU usage. You can give it a try and see what works.
