Beware anyone who tries to answer your question.. .as it isn't answerable... the real answer is.. 'it depends' sorry
What else you are doing on that system will have a large impact on available hardware resources (CPU, GPU, Disk I/O, RAM, etc) to OBS Studio. I recommend becoming familiar with monitoring such hardware resources, and how to identify bottlenecks (performance thresholds)

Start with OBS Studio auto-config of settings, and go from there. keep you expectations low, and ignore YouTube tuturials on fancy (CPU intensive) options... at least until you know more, and know how to back out each and every change. Beware poor plugins (like StreamElements) and lots of background browser resources (due to CPU and RAM impact)
