Question / Help OBS settings video problem

Problem is i want to record cs go in 5:4 resolution stretched but when i setup in custom setting 1280x1024 it cut my screen on stream because my cs go is stretched (to full screen).
And when i have old GPU i setup MONITORsetting and its work fine record full screen stretched not only custom resolution.
And yes when i add a game to OBS i set to stretch to full screen game.
Again sorry for bad english
Harold i try to install older versions but same problem i think its can be something in registrers because i reinstall my windows can you give me instructions to uninstall OBS from register?

There is no settings location in the registry and the kind of stretching you want to do will cause motion sickness in some of your viewers.

Okay, but i want to play 4:3 because I am accustomed to this resolution :/
Thanks for help i just dont know why it this problem do when i change my GPU.
I dont fully understand but i dont have in downscale resolution 1280x1024 i need to change any resolution in custom setting?
O.o its work now idk why i only check capture mouse cursor :)
