Question / Help OBS settings set to 60fps but stream is at 30fps

Recently, my stream started playing at 30fps, or around there, yet my settings in OBS are set to 60fps. I remember it happened around the time I changed to fast sync from vsync, but I doubt that has anything to do with it. I play at an unlocked frame rate and my monitor is overclocked to 74Hz from 60Hz.
