Question / Help OBS Settings please help

Hello, i have an GT 630 GPU and Intel Pentium G2120 3.1GHz PC, and i wanna live streaming on youtube and recording for my youtube channel. But i want you guys, to tell me what settings i must use for better performance. i have a 1280x1024 monitor and Logitech C920 HD Pro webcam. I want to recording and live streaming in 720p. Tell me what settings should be use. Sorry for my bad english.

Give up any of that Plan with your current Hardware to be quite blunt.

Neither your CPU nor your GPU is capable of doing any of that on their own you might have one if the kepler based GTX 630 so NVENC is a possible and your only option if its not available for your version of the GT 630 then you lost.

Since 720p is recognized as 1280x720 you dont fit the aspect Ration here since you have a 4:3 Monitor while "720p" is meant to be 16:9. But in General you still would have to downscale by 1.25 or 1.5
