a starting point and the best place to keep viewers from buffering would be downscale to 1280x720 30fps 2000 to 2500 bitrate.
you should really just look up some guides but just keep it simple and learn as you go.
I've seen to many people spend much waisted time in trying to "improve on quality" instead of gaining an audience and more often than not, if you just have a good personality and interact with chat you'll do fine.
once you've streamed for the first time with the above settings, post that logfile here and I'll take a look.
