Question / Help OBS settings (low end pc)

So I recently had to reset my PC and since then I have not been able to find my old OBS settings or remember them (should have screenshotted or something I know.) I used to be able to record minecraft on my laptop with not the greatest quality like 720p at 30fps but now I am not able to record at all I just get (encoding overloaded etc.) I had found my settings on youtube but have not been able to find the video since the reset. I remember some of the settings which I have put in but one thing I do not remember is the x264 options. I had put something in their that made my recordings much better so I was hoping if anyone could help me out. I will leave a link to a video I recorded so you can see the quality thanks.

OBS Classic is no longer supported.
Following setting guides from youtube very consistently break things.
