Hi there I've looked through the forums alongside the "high cpu usage" thread however things don't quite seem to add up. I'm using an AMD FX 6300 Black Edition over clocked to 4ghz 8gb ddr3 1600mhz and an nvidia gtx 950. Yet when I even lower my game settings considerably, have my bit rate at 3000, downscale resolution to 720p and fps at 30 for OBS my stream is crap I get way too many dropped frames and I get the high cpu usage warning on OBS. I don't quite understand as the hardware should easily capable of much, much more than this. Please any help and advice is much appreciated.
