So, I'm getting a slightly fuzzy recording that is definitely distinguishable from the original, no matter what quality settings i've chosen. i"ve tried high bitrate AND fps, low bitrate high fps, high bitrate low fps, messing with encoder from x264 to my amd hardware's builtin. I'm not sure whats causing it but i've experimented with every combination of these and I'm not sure what is causing the issue. I've also tested whether or not downscaling was the issue or not(best quality i found was with no down scaling) with all settings maxed(and bitrate at 13000) the video is 360p quality or so. not sure how to improve it anymore. there is no downscaling, or anything. ANY help is appreciated.
p.s. im running a r9 crossfire radeon set. maybe this is the cause?

I believe the pixelation is most visible when looking at the difference between the curved edges in the original image vs the image viewed in the video
edit: obsproject.com is not letting me upload the video file. it is taking over 10 minutes to upload and its 100mb. So im linking another youtube video i've posted using obs instead. specs should be the same.
settings: 30 fps. 13000 bitrate. encoder: h264 Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework) recording framework: mp4 rate control: CBR keyframe interval: 2(sometimes i try 0, normally no difference). 1920x1080 no downscaling. not sure what to do. Also experimented with going up to 60 fps, bringing it back to 30 with lower bitrate, or 60 with a 8k bitrate. nothing really seems to help. very apparent pixelation on edges and possible color difference? please help a brotha out.
