Posting Comp Specs to get a precise answer on how to stream with no lag on league of legends.
I used to be able to stream with no issues, but now my FPS in the game starts to tank to 40-56 then back to 60 for a few seconds. Which is very annoying.

GPU: GeForce GTX 980
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3258 @ 3.20GHz
Memory: 4.00 GB RAM (3.94 GB Useable)
Current Resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz
Driver Version 361.75
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1

Ping: 3 & 7
Download Speed: 560.06Mbps & 709.52Mbps
Upload Speed: 452.55Mbps & 449.06Mbps

Please help and give some advice on what to change my settings to. Thanks

Your CPU is a dog so you aren't looking at a great quality stream. Maybe 360p or 480p depending on the content.

@Sapiens damn really? It's frustrating though because I had no issues with past broadcasts, it's just now acting this way. Streamin League of Legends if that helps.

Also, wouldn't adding SSD's to the computer improve it?

It would improve loading/content streaming times in some games and make Windows more responsive. It wouldn't help in the slightest with OBS.
