OBS Settings help

I've been using obs for the past few years and havent had any problems up until now. I experience frame drops in my recordings, even on super light weight games. I have a RTX 3060, Ryzen 7 5800x, and 16gb of ddr4 ram. I also use a goxlr mini with a shure sm7b, so that explains why I have so many audio tracks.
