Question / Help OBS settings for twitch

Hi I used to stream with OBS back when I had really bad internet around really bad 5upload speed 15download speed lol.

I now have
Download Speed
217mbps

Upload Speed
22mbps

(These are the lowest I have seen via speedtest)

So I was wondering if someone could help with setting up my obs settings such as Encoding, Video, and Audio for max performance I am not a high twitch person so I believe I am forced to use max 720 settings. I play World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, Pokémon, etc so a variety of games.

That doesn't give me any encoding information I have tried it already it also says y upload speed is low... lawl I still need help :/

Just leave the things not listed on there at default, then try it out and experiment with it.
