I´d like to stream cs go to twitch.tv. Currently i am having issues that some viewers approx, 30-40% are having buffering (even my friend who lives 100m from me and have decent internet).
My setup is 4790k&Gtx970 and internet is 100M/5M. Iam atm trying to stream by using 720p,45fps,3000 bitrate, faster preset and 16 samples. What shoud i change to get viewers have less buffering and maybe smoother streaming considering it pixelates once in a while. My bitrate in the obs right corner is not dropping its stable (often goes yellow but that doesnt matter i quess?)
