read the instructions, it will need to run from where you extract it (I prefer the desktop)
...i could really crank it up
crank it up to a point. above 2500 is not advised due to stream watchers getting buffering because not every ISP (the viewers ISP) can support all different streams over 2500. there is a lot in the way between you and your viewers.
I have 1Gbps up, this does not mean I can crank it up to max and stream at that speed. read the thread R1CH posted. its important to know these things when considering a bitrate.
about the 480p @30. your CPU is not the strongest so depending on the game, you might have to lower the downscale a little and a safe answer is 480p will always work for you.
if you want more info or help, post your OBS logfile:
Yeah h1z1 is not only a heavy cpu game but will cause high pixellation due to the grass and other foliage. I would do 480p @30 with 1500-2000 bitrate. dont expect sharp but at least you wont pixelate.Thnx for clearing shit up.
ill do that in my h1z1 br im about to start

With that CPU, I doubt you will continue to get 50fps in game, but feel free to prove me wrongyh ok, i get like 50 fps without stream, ill try to stream it with those settings and go up if its ok until i notice its a no go
