So I stream with OBS classic on Twitch..here's my problem...anytime I stream the viewers get crazy lag! Can anyone please help me out with the settings? What should they be set at? Like the Max Bitrate and Buffer size? I steam H1Z1 mostly..

Download: 98.67 Mbps
Upload: 119.69 Mbps
My setup:
Intel Core i5-6690k CPU @ 3.50Ghz
Geforce GTX 970 Windforce OC G1 Gaming GPU
16GB RAM
