Question / Help Obs Settings for Stream.

Hello What settings i need to put to have a good quality / performace for Twitch Streams?
CPU : i5 6700 Turbo
GPU 970 OC

Should be able to stream 720p without any problems. Recommended bitrate values are 1800-2500.

When i Stream i check my stream in mobile with another wifi and it gives some brakes ... with 2500 60 FPS.
