It seems a lot of streamers have problems streaming overwatch on i5 or lower cpu-s(the game usually runs smooth on the streamer's computer, but the stream lags).
Here are a few things you can do to help alleviate this problem(or in some cases fix it).
First the output, you can try it on 1080p, but i suggest you drop it to 720p.
Second: FPS, limit it to 30.
Third, set obs on high priority.
In task manager -> details -> right click OBS -> Priority -> high priority (or something along those lines).
On 2 streamers using i5 cpu's, 8+ gb ram and gtx 970 graphics cards, running overwatch on high, this solved their problems.
