Question / Help OBS settings for my specs?

Hey guys! Been having trouble with my stream for a long while now. Finally decided to make an account and ask you guys!
So, i stream CSGO, but i lag when im ingame, my fps drops to like 30-40, it's normally at over 100,
Also, people complain about the stream buffering alot / freezing sometimes, please help!!!
These are my specs & bandwidth, what settings should i have? Please help! All help is greatly appreciated!

Because you didn't post a log file. You should put in a little effort if you want others to put in effort to help you.
