Question / Help OBS settings for my pc

I am using OBS to Stream mostly
But I am having issues while streaming xD
CSGO which I stream most gives laggy output + I cant capture display don't know why, all it shows is a blank screen with cursor + no matter what the game is streaming output is always laggy
So, is there any way to fix that output lag and stream a fine smooth gameplay ?

The log shows, that CPU and GPU are not fast enough for the task and your internet connection to the twitch server has also some connection stalls.

Maybe you can reduce CPU and GPU load enough to get the stream running smooth by reducing ingame fps. Just limit your ingame fps and reduce details, until the log shows no more rendering and encoding lag.
