Question / Help Obs settings for my pc

Hi !
I post this message since I've got some issues while setting my twitch
I've a gaming laptop (MSI GT70 0NC-801FR) with a Nvidia GTX670MX, Intel i7 3630QM, 8go of ram, display 1920x1080.
My internet bandwith is: download: 100mbps / Upload 5mbps
I've tried some settings (currencty bitrate at 1500, 480p) and it work fine but I find it not really beautifull to watch. Can someone help me ?

First of all, I don't know what you are trying to do with your custom x264 options, but remove them. OBS will do the proper level for you and reference and bframes are handled via presets

Using custom x264 settings: "level=3.1 bframes=3 ref=1"

Second, dont watch your stream while you stream. that will cause extra CPU load which will give you duplicate frames.
