I have pretty much waxed all the settings I need in OBS but I thought I would ask you experts what the best settings for my PC specs and internet connection would be to stream to youtube at 720p 60fps.
My PC specs:
i7 7700k cpu
ASUS Strix OC Edition 8 gig RX 580
16 gig Vengeance RAM 3333mhz
I am currently streaming with 5000 bitrate at 60 fps to 1280x720 but when I move around the quality is still a bit off.
If anyone can give me some tips, that would be great, thank you.
