Question / Help OBS settings for best stream quality?

Hello,

I wonder what settings I should be using to have the best quality possible on my stream. I have all the latest drivers and updates on my PC.

I have the following hardware and operating system:
Windows 7 Home Premium - 64 bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50 GHz
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 690

My upload speed is 95.19 mbps according to speedtest.net and I live in Sweden.
So again, I'm looking for the settings I should be using to be able to have the best quality on my stream that I can have.

Grateful for any help!

Edit: forgot to mention that the games I will be streaming are MMORPG's incase that's of any use.

Is this for twitch? If so, are you partnered (ie have a sub button your viewers can click on)? If not, then the best that's recommended is 3500kbps (or lower).

Nope not partnered. 3500 is what I've been streaming on up until now and while it does look pretty good I've seen other streams with glorious graphics.

I might not be able to achieve that without being partnered but do you know how they configure their stream to achieve that kind of superb quality?

Thanks for your answers btw! :)

I'm not entirely sure how they are doing it, though I've read somewhere (maybe on this site) that it's not recommended to go above 3500 unless you're partnered. For one, your stream is only available as source and not transcoded (?) to lower qualities, meaning if someone can't handle what you're putting out, then you just lost a viewer. I would imagine that you could try doubling your bitrate and see if that improves the quality any (also keep an eye on your dropped frames, see if that has any problems). If there are no dropped frames and viewing it shows you better quality, then you have your answer (but should drop it back to 3500), otherwise you know you need to troubleshoot something. :)
