Obs setting recommendations for streaming

Hi, I've been trying things online but I'm I'mill having stuttering issues when Streaming I am using a laptop with these specs.

i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
32.0 GB ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with Max-Q Design
Internet speed 615mbs download, 626mbs upload

The ones provided by the Auto-configuration Wizard are more than acceptable as it checks your system capabilities and your internet connection against the service you're wanting to stream to.

I have tried using that as well and still have a stutter.

When performing a test you have to do only 1 session, not start / stop multiple times.

You may want to completely remove mcafee. Consider it as a malware.
Then consider lowering the game quality. Try reducing de kbps to 6000kbps. Instead of 1080p use 936p
Do several tests until you get good results.
