Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable [64 bit] - vc_redist.x64.exe Refused to complete set up in my HP 250 G2 Notebook PC, please what might be the issue with my PC?

This is a required runtime component for OBS to run

My favorite plug-in (Advanced Scene Switcher) requires the newer 2019 version, maybe try that instead?
