I use X32 rack going to pc (obs) via 1/4 to 3.5 into back of pc. I am using a mix-bus routed to my aux out 3 to pc. And this has worked fine this past year. The problem is the quality could be better. So i figured out how to use the interface on the X32 to route via my card out.. i tested it on my Mac book pro ( which i also have obs on) and everything worked perfectly, quality was much better. BUT when i plug the usb into my pc, which is how we livestream, i get. NO signal in obs. Obs sees the device but no sound..I have signal reading in pc sound settings (microphone-x-usb). But when i add audio input capture in obs i choose mic. X-usb and there is no signal. Ive tried switching usb slots, Ive tried stereo and mono, Ive spent days trying to switch settings trying to get this to work... the thing is my pc is getting a reading via usb (mic. X-usb).. obs is seeing the device as mic.X-usb but i get NO sound through OBS.... what could be the issue?

I am new to OBS, and have been trying to get this same thing to work for me. I am having the exact same symptoms/result. The
pc sees the X32 USB, I select it in OBS as an audio input source, but get no signal in OBS. This hardware is at my church, so I will add a log file from there if that will help. But since Famsoundman described my situation so well I wanted to at least acknowledge someone else is having the same issue.

With major assistance from Sweetwater Sound, they installed the Behringer x-USB driver v4.59.0 onto my Windows 10 laptop. That did the trick and OBS now gets audio from the X32 USB.

Ok thank the good Lord for persistence...lol. I figured it out.... after countless hours of troubleshooting i went to the behringer website and downloaded X-Live Windows-Driver version 4.11 and 4.59. I'm not sure if you need both but I downloaded both and completed the simple install and restarted my PC and it works PERFECT....Go to bottom of page and click SOFTWARE under the PRODUCT LIBRARY TAB...

and when you use the 32x use the asio plugin !
I've seen that some people do use this plugin but I'm not familiar with it... the X-live v4.59 is working great . I look to learn about any ways I can advance in the sound department, Could you help me better understand this plugin to know if its something I could use?
