OBS seems to be crashing everything

So my Obs seems to be affecting everything when it's on. For example, if I play League of Legends and the game ends, my client will be stuck on "Game is in Progress" and won't leave that screen. Then when I click on Obs it doesn't respond and freezes. Then if I quit out of LOL, it won't relaunch unless I close OBS but I have to force quit OBS in order to do that. I also have a stream deck and if Obs is open, it causes that to not respond as well. Another thing is Obs won't relaunch unless I open task manager again and end task through there. Everything is up to date so I have no clue what it could be.

1. Run updated OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (Scene 2). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.

So I did this and no luck, I'm still getting the same result. I also installed Streamlabs OBS and I'm getting the same issue. Only difference is that Streamlabs Obs doesn't freeze and stop responding while OBS studios does
