OBS Screen Wont Move To Second Monitor

I have been using OBS/SLOBS for years and just now am having an issue where i cannot move the software to my second screen, its almost like its in windowed mode but i can only exit the app, not move it to the other screen, i assume i may have hit a setting for this? i cant figure it out

yes its the only one, i can use windows key + shift + arrow buttons to move it around, but i cannot make it normal, where you can move it around by clicking the top like any other page. its super weird.

Can you take a screenshot to demonstrate the issue?

There is no taskbar at the bottom, and i cannot freely move the software around like any other software, i assume its not a slobs problem, but was just asking just incase i hit a wrong button in slobs to make it do this, or if anyone had any other solutions, i can do (windows key+shift+arrow key) to move it to another screen i figured out but i cannot seem to bring it back to normal. so im just at a loss of knowledge here, and i appreciate your replies!

Unfortunately, that is SLOBS. As noted above, SLOBS is not OBS, and we do not provide any support for it here.
You will need to contact Streamlabs for assistance with their derivative version. Not our circus, not our clowns.
