Obs screen shows Lag for Minecraft but it's not lagging

So I'm trying to get my OBS set up for streaming Minecraft but I've noticed that when I'm looking at my OBS screen Minecraft looks slightly laggy but the actual game is not lagging. I'm running this off my laptop and other streams I've done haven't done this. Would anyone be able to help me? Here's the most recent log file.

here is a better LOG FILE I think
