Question / Help OBS Screen resolution problem

Well I rebooted my computer and installed OBS a few days ago i had a issue that i couldnt solve yet

My main resolution is 1920x1080
for getting a more fps and something i use 1600x900 one

There is a problem in OBS never shows my monitor capture and in settings/video tab options there is selectable things you know (its difficult to explain with my bad english sorry) in Monitor 1 under side Resolution Downscale is None says 1280x768 , but actually resolution is 1600x900 on monitor. Other that custom size i try to use 1600x900 i put it there seems no problem but when i try to Preview stream on Scene - Monitor Capture . It shows absolutely nothing , only Black screen. Both of them shows nothing i try to say with settings Monitor 1 1280x768 and Custom 1600x900 shows nothing!

I use Windows 8
Drivers etc updated
And really dont know what to do , and as you see my sorry about my english might be extended explaining unnecessary.

Not entirely sure about the resolution thing -- but if you get a black screen on a laptop, it's almost always due to the standard laptop capturing issues due to more than one adapter on laptops. See: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5965

Often monitor capture will run on the intel, and games will run on the nvidia. Capturing on laptops is sadly troublesome.
