OBS screen recording

I am using Windows 11 Pro, an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14400 (2.50 GHz) processor, and an Intel(R) UHD Graphics 730 (128 MB) graphics card.
I am recording screen content, specifically streams from services like Netflix and various TV channels (Player, Polsat Box Go, etc.). (I am aware that disabling hardware acceleration prevents the screen from appearing black during capture.)
1. Which video encoder should I choose?
2. Which recording format?
3. Which rate control method?
4. Encoding mode?
5. Profile?

I record in 1080p resolution; my monitor is 1920x1080.
I use Realtek R Audio, with a 3.5mm jack cable plugged into the green port on the back of my desktop PC.

Edit: Should "Use device timestamps" be checked or unchecked (in OBS)?
In Windows audio settings, under "Audio enhancements," should I select "Device default effects" or "Off"?

I would be extremely grateful for your help. Thanks.
