Question / Help OBS Screen is black ALL THE TIME, no movement

Hey guys! I somehow got to install OBS. When I was done and launched the program, I did the necessary things, Window Capture, blah blah blah. When I previewed the stream, It was all black! How can I fix this? Please help!
