Question / Help OBS Screen Capture lag

Having issues with choppy recordings on macOS. Used to work well, happens even when no other processes are running. Tried fixing the settings, maybe I'm doing something wrong, would appreciate help. https://obsproject.com/logs/DJVa5e3H5AjrZ-7Q

Window capture is the least performant capture method on MacOS.

Display and Syphon are better, but Syphon no longer works in Mojave and above.

I don't see any obvious errors in your settings.
