OBS Scale to Sound "No Properties Available

Hello everyone! So I downloaded the "Scale to Sound" plugin but when I go to use the filter it says "No properties Available." What am I doing wrong here??

I just fixed my issue: When I extracted the plugin to my OBS plugin folder, I forgot to also extract the "data" folder.
In the ZIP file you downloaded, it has an "obs-plugins" folder and a "data" folder. Open up the plugins folder, then the 32bit/64bit folder, and drag and drop the files in there to your computer's OBS plugins folder. Now go to your ZIP and go into the data folder, then obs-plugins, and you'll see your scale-to-sound settings folder. Drag and drop that into your computer's OBS data folder.
