Question / Help OBS Says Your Driver has been Frozen or Reset

please help me,
i cannot record enymore becasue it continualy says your driver has been frozen or reset.

i had nothing with that information

This isn't an OBS issue, it's a system issue on your end. The texture map thread is all of the help we can provide.

but i have re download it i have tried everything but i cant do enything about it pls help me out at least.
and if youre saying its my computer thats a lie because before the last OBS update it worked perfectly.
but i can record again but than with weird squares instead of perfect graphics
