I have all of my video settings set to 60fps, I have a 9900k and an RTX 2070 super, and the game is geometry dash. While recording OBS reports that the game being recorded at the target 60 fps framerate, and on the playback screen on OBS the playback is smooth as butter. GPU never goes over 50% usage, CPU never even breaks 20%. Once the recording is finished, the video playback is horrendously laggy. This also occurs while streaming. Any kind of help is greatly appreciated.
